Mid-year work summary and training meeting of the Marketing Department

Half of 2021 has passed. In order to better meet the challenges of the second half of 2021 and improve the company's performance in the second half of the year, while enhancing team cohesion and collaboration, July 11-13, Marketing Department of Jiangsu Qianjing Medical Equipment Co.,Ltd.  All members carried out a three-day mid-year work summary and outdoor team building outreach activities in Qiandao Lake, Zhejiang.

Work summary 

When talking about the position of sales, people often talk about how high the salary of sales is and how much money they get every year! Few people can see the sadness behind the sales, especially as a sales in the pharmaceutical industry, it needs to travel around for a long time, wind and rain.

This meeting gathered regional managers and regional managers from all provinces and cities across the country. All sales managers will make a speech report on the work content of the past six months, the current work progress and the work plan for the second half of the year for their respective areas of responsibility.

Director Qian of the Marketing Department analyzed and summarized the work reports of the regional managers and regional managers in the first half of the year: Regarding the performance of the marketing department in the first half of the year, Mr. Qian expressed his appreciation for everyone's efforts; Problems and deficiencies, suggestions to solve the problems and rectification directions for the deficiencies; Mr. Qian also made detailed planning and deployment for the work plan and work direction in the second half of the year.

The promotion department manager summarized some of the work carried out by the promotion department in the first half of the year, showed the data of Qianjing Medical's major network platforms operated by the promotion department, and gave detailed statistics and analysis of the customer data provided to the business managers in each region.

Subsequently, the manager of the Ministry of Commerce announced the completion of the business in various regions and overseas markets in the first half of 2021. Compared with the first half of 2020 and the first half of 2019, the performance of all sales managers has improved to a greater or lesser extent. The department’s performance has also improved substantially.

Qianjing Medical has a complete management system and generous bonuses for employees and departments that perform well. The "Excess Completion Award", "Outstanding Performance Award", and "Service Star Award" were all distributed to the best-performing sales managers and departments with large red envelopes.

Team building and development

Qiandao Lake Scenic Area, also known as Xin'anjiang Reservoir, is located in Chun'an County, Hangzhou City, Zhejiang Province. It is 129 kilometers east of Hangzhou and 140 kilometers west of Huangshan. It covers an area of 982 square kilometers and is located in the hinterland of the Yangtze River Delta. Of course, you can't miss the water here when you come to Qiandao Lake.

Baiyun Creek Rafting: Take a rubber boat down the river, there are breathtaking rapids and rapids, nine bends and eighteen bends of the rafting river, back to the original indulgence and splashing water, lush green, rugged rocks on all sides, all intoxicating, Linger.

Thousand Island Lake Happy Water World: Two kayaks, not only the thrilling "Iron Cable Link" kayaking competition, but also the thrilling "Sea Piano Performance", as well as the water-lazy lie down for half a day. The leisure is cozy.

Although there are a lot of water and mountains in Qiandao Lake Scenic Area, there is no shortage of mountains. Tianyu Mountain is one of them. Tianyu Mountain is more than 300 meters above sea level, which is higher than the surrounding mountains and islands. When you climb Tianyu Mountain and look around, you can feel the majestic momentum of "Hui Dang Ling is extremely high and overlooks the mountains and small mountains".

What you can see from Tianyu Mountain is not only the mountains and rivers lingering for several kilometers, but also the holiday villa village standing on the top of the mountain. Seeing these villas standing in the scenic area, we have a dream and a source of motivation to fight for.

Although it is very hot to have a bonfire party this season, the friends don't seem to be bothered by this problem. Singing, dancing, and all kinds of fun mini games have everything you need. We respond to the heat of these environments with more enthusiasm.

Through these activities, we are more familiar with each other, and we also know how to work in a team and cooperate with each other more. For new colleagues, we can quickly integrate into the big family of Qianjing Medical Marketing Department.
